1. Contract Overview

By entering into a contract with Snack Ranger, you agree to the terms outlined below. This agreement lasts 12 months, starting from the installation date of the vending machines at your location.

2. Initial 3-Month Probation Period

The first three months act as a probation period. Either party can request machine removal during this time without penalty, voiding the contract.

At probation’s end, we’ll evaluate machine performance. If both sides agree the setup isn’t working, the contract may end with no further obligations.

3. Contract Continuation After Probation

If the probation period succeeds and both parties agree, the contract automatically extends for 9 more months. This period allows performance review and machine adjustments as needed.

After 12 months total, we’ll meet to discuss renewing, amending, or ending the agreement based on results.

4. Equipment and Maintenance

Snack Ranger provides and maintains vending machines throughout the contract. We schedule regular maintenance and handle repairs or replacements to keep machines running. Damages caused by user negligence may incur extra fees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the contract. Payments are typically monthly, with the first due upon installation. Late payments may result in fees or service suspension.

6. Termination of Contract

Post-probation, termination requires written notice. Both parties must honor the remaining term unless otherwise agreed. Breach of terms may result in termination and legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information shared during the contract, including financial data, business strategies, and proprietary details related to the vending service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Snack Ranger is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from vending machine use, including lost profits or business disruption.

9. Changes to Terms

Snack Ranger reserves the right to update these terms anytime. All changes will be communicated, and updated terms apply immediately upon notice.
